When I go back through my fabrics, I find most of my fabrics were layed back. But lately, I find myself picking "snappier" fabrics - sometimes over the top for me and I love them.

Snappy I like bright colors and it is cheerful to sew with them.

I must be 'snappy' because I love batiks. But what I actually buy depends on what I'm making and who I'm making it for.

uh - if by laid back you mean muted, I would have to say snappy.
But I have so much that is somewhere in between. I like to do some things with pastels occassionally, and I love autumnal colors with the darks and then the goldens and oranges.
I'd say if I start doing something a little toned down, at some point I have to 'snap it up'

I like a mix....but do tend to gravitate more to the brighter fabrics. Even a darker colour can be "snappy" if it has intensity.

Definately snappy, love bright colors the brighter the better especially batiks. Pink is my favorite color so I have lots of pinks, but anything bright and bold I gravitate to it seems.!!!
