    ok i cut up all the shirts realy not that many some of what i thought was cotton was not i cou theme up in 3.5 strips with a lot of small strips left over will string peace theme thinking of throughing all 3.5 squares in bag and drawing out what ever and puting together and may be make some half triangles out of theme what do u think never quilted with out a pattern and colcor i picked out to go together millie

    Are these cotton men's shirts? I think a scrappy look would be fine. Personally, I avoid triangles whenever possible because they just introduce problems for me. :)

    If you have 3.5" strips and 3.5" squares, they can look really nice just randomly pieced into long lines that are then separated by sashing. (Sashing would be a single color tying everything together.) The quilt on the cover of the following book is similar to what I am thinking of, except that the colored pieces would be of mixed random lengths.
