    Amma in EQ go to Quilts-One patch quilts- the hex design is there.

    here is one I designed playing around:



    I think I'd put the hex design on solid quilt blocks.

    You can design your own pattern with hexagon grids. Either print it out like graph paper and color it, or save it to your hard drive and color it with your paint program. http://gwydir.demon.co.uk/jo/tess/bighex.htm

    It's kind of like a colour-wash quilt I guess. I'm loving how it's turning out too. :-)

    I love this one!!! It reminds me of a OBW! I want to try a OBW but dont know if I am brave enough to try an had pieced hexagon.

    Wow!! That's exactly the look I'm after... but with solid colours instead of prints. That's a stunning quilt!
