Default Software for creating labels

I know many of you print your own labels on inkjet printers. What software do you use? I will be waiting for your responses? Thank you in advance.

I use EQ7. There's a lesson for creating the label as a small quilt, so I can put the same types of blocks around the label as I have on the quilt it's going on. I can also put the recipient's picture on the label, and text. The part I have trouble with is getting around to printing and attaching the label.

I have a Mac and use Pages, importing clipart, photos and even little sketches to embellish.
