Being new to ME, I am wondering if it would be helpful for me to purchase software that would aid in correct placement of continuous borders and corner designs. Any opinions, thanks!

Nancy's Notions has a program for that but I have always made a + sign with a water soluble marker at the center of where I want the design. Print out the design annd you can use it as a template.

I do the same as above...Just find your center put X Then I use a 4 x 4 inch sq ruler centered on the X. Then add outside dots at 12 oclcok, 3 oclock, 6 and 9 oclock so everything in straight when hooping
