Default some times it pays to write emails!

OK, so the other night I just HAD to clean my 60mm Olfa ergonomic rotary cutter. I took it apart ON the cutting table and just took the cutter to the sink to wash it off.

Came back to the cutting board to put back together and BAM...the little washer/ring was GONE!....MIA...
I searched all night...used a lint roller on the carpet, got a magnet out..you name it...sigh..NO washer thingy anywhere...

So, I google OLFA and go to see if they have replacement parts....NOPE..nothing on the site...next step...contact us...so I did...Charlie...just send him an email and tell him that you lost your parts and the next day, he will email you for your address and will send you the parts FREE!...

I knew I loved OLFA..not only great products, but super great customer service!

Sure beats having to buy another cutter!

Wow...I also have learned that it never cost anything to ask!! Nicely, that is! Most people/companies WANT to have great customer services.

we tried several and still the blade would wobble...I am glad I took the time to write! My 60mm cutter is the one I use for everything!

yep, when you write them late at night telling them how old/blonde you are, they laugh and figure what is one washer to cost them vs the amount of Free PR they will get!

Did your washer turn up after the mail arrived?

Nice to see that friendly service is still around.

thats great to know my collapsible ring broke a few yrs back and I still hung onto it. Last week I thought I really should throw it away. I'm glad to know this ..now I will always have a spare instead of just having one for spare parts....ty ty ty

I guess I missed something here. Who is Charlie? How do you contact this person if you have a problem?

Glad you got your Olfa back to good working condition.
