Well I picked up my sewing machine today and it purrs like a kitten again!!!!! yipppeeee. Thank you all for your support and advice to bring fabric and make sure it runs before bringing it home again. Apparently when they serviced my machine they didn't get all the parts back quite aligned like they should have been. The new needle threader was off kilter a tad and the plate inside where the feed dogs are wasn't quite back where it shoud have been, thus the noise of it being hit while I was sewing. They were very nice and gave me several containers of sewing machine needles, a bag of bobbins and a cute bobbin holder for my trouble. They know I am in the market for an embroidery machine so they knew to treat me with kidd gloves. lol Plus I had already sent a friend in and she had bought a machine from them too. Anyway, I am off to sew, sew sew. Happy Easter everyone. Have a safe and blessed weekend.
Hugs to all my fellow quilters,
Diane

Isn't customer service everything when it comes to our machine's? It's nice they acknowledged the problems weren't of your making. I would rather a repair person take an extra day than to be in a hurry and not get things right. Great way to make your day.
