I use the cream "voltaren gel'. It is Rx only. Helps with the pain for me.
Hope you find the right "cure"

I use Watkins Medicated ointment (Vicks might work too) for arthritis, it actually cures it. Just put it on the joint, wrap in a band-aid for a couple of days.
