    I have used the space bags for blankets and such. Unfortunately they don't always stay closed, making it difficult to get out of where they are stored.

    If I did use any plastic container I would definitely use layers of acid free paper to protect my quilts. I have been told that acid free paper may not be good after 5 years, though do not know for sure.
