I got a pattern from BHD Called Petit Fours ,using 2 jelly rolls. If I don't use the jelly rolls about how much fabric would I need. I don't usually buy precuts , but I really like this pattern.

I think there is about 2.9yards (2.5" per jelly roll x 42 strips in a pack = 105 divided by 36 = 2.9/jelly roll I could be completely wrong on this and hope some else confirms this.

To be safe and account for crooked fabric and miscuts, get a little more than 3 yards for each jelly roll -- so 6 yards. If you have extra, it's easily used in your binding or for a pieced backing.
