I had the same question a while ago, so if you go to the search button and put in squishy you will find a long lists of posts to answer your question. :lol:

The easy answer is usually when you recieve a gift of fabric....even if you order it for yourself :wink:

Fabric mail ordered comes in a squishy envelope. My latest order was to big and came in a box, no squishy for me.

And, after a lot of laughs, I think we settled on a 'firmy' for a parcel with quilt books in it.
