I am interested to see if anyone has made the quilt called Stars across America. I think it was at this site that someone was making a block a month from this series. I'd sure interested to see your photos!

I haven't made the quilt, only saw the series on PBS and purchased the book.
I will go looking for the thread where the lady was showing some samples of her BOM ... it was a challenge of some kind, if I remember correctly <wave>

Well, I went searching with the three words, and then I tried challenge, and then I went through the last three days of pictures and then I searched for Eleanor Burns ...
Guess I am not as smart as I think I am, eh? <g> didn't find the thread.
Maybe someone else will see your thread and let you know what you want to know.
There were four pictures with the thread, so you will get to see something.
This I know ... Eleanor Burns books are a good purchase for your quilting library if that was what you were wondering.

I like the way that Eleanor BUrns puts a story and some history with each block.

I have made some of the blocks from that book and love it.
It is a great book and use it often for our wounded soldiers quilts.
Most of my quilting books are Eleanor Burns, she does things the easiest and best ways. You learn alot with each book. Best way to buy them is with a coupon at Joanns.
