Started something that wasn't that easy!

I now have the closet cleaned out and only have quilting fabric stacked on the shelves. I thought I would share a couple of pictures. I do have a small amount of quilting fabric!
The closet is cleaned out. The other fabrics are in boxes and waiting to be resorted for distribution between several charities.
I still have some purging to do, but the worst is over!

How pretty is that! You will enjoy your fabrics so much more now that they are accessible. Good job.

Your closet looks like a quilt shop where you can buy fabrics!! You really have a great assortment - thanks for sharing your pretties.

You can be very proud of your accomplishment, but must be ever vigilant because you live in the same town as Marshall's Dry Goods! That would probably push me into the "hoarder" catagory Just kidding, of course!

The fact the I have to deal with Marshall's Dry Goods is a problem! I try to limit myself to one trip per month!

Thanks to all for the nice comments! I still have a bit if work to do, but I need some sewing time first. Then I will finish.

What is Marshall's Dry Goods? I'm out on Long Island and our 'Marshalls' is a small department (mostly clothing) store which is a sister store toHome Goods and TJMaxx.

Wow - it looks great! I'm always amazed at the number of people that arrange your folded fabric on shelves. It looks like you have multiple yards of each one, or maybe it's how it's folded - it just looks that way. Do you have smaller pieces and how do you store them?
