I would like to make some purse type bags for my teenage daughter and some of her friends for Christmas. Any ideas?

I love the Bow Tucks. My DGD loves the new ruffled ones.

The teens seem to really like the bags made from jeans. I've started buying the little girl's jeans with fancy back pockets to make bags from. Google bags from jeans to get ideas.

Here's a cute one I've been wanting to make...it's called a Friendship Bag. It's not too big and you can use any colors you want.

I have done a few bow tucks, but I wouldn't really say that is the "style" that teenage girls would be looking for (sorry, just my opinion). Best of luck with your search!

I've made raggy totes for teenagers; they seem to like them. Here's one I just made:

Here's another purse my granddaughters like very much and have asked for some for their besties too. It's a free downloadable from Clover.
