Default Storing/Displaying Quilts

I have some quilts that I have made that I am actually going to keep for myself for now. I am wondering how others display their quilts. . . or do you store them away. Right now I have three hanging on my mother-in-law's quilt rack in my living room, but I am worried about dust and fading. I have a small house so it is hard to find a place to display them. If I store them away then what is the point. Any suggestions?

Rotate your display by season or month. If you put three quilts out each month, you could have 36 in your collection. If you need to store them folded, then refold all of them each time you change your display. If you have a spare room, just lay them on the bed.

I have one on each bed because if you make them, you should use them. One on the back of the couch for napping. Several wallhangings on the walls. One for my front door with seasonal inserts. I put my seasonal ones in storage. I have a cardboard carpet roll that I covered with fabric to roll up my extra quilts on. It sits upright in the corner of my closet wrapped in a sheet.

I have many folded on top of armoires. I have a few on a quilt rack and keep one over the back of my sofa which I change out every few month. Plus have one folded at foot of our beds.

Ditto what others have said. I also have an old ladder and I have six quilts arranged on it which stands in my living room. They all get rotated all around my home.

Mine are hanging on the walls, 2 on each bed, on the back of the couch. I even have one draped over the side door of my Hoosier cabinet.

I have them displayed as others have mentioned, but my favorite is seeing them folded and in a pile on a stool, a low bench, a side table, the top of a bureau drawer or anyplace where I can see a stack of colorful quilts. Wherever I place them I change them around frequently.
