Welcome to the Quilting Board!

It's me again. I forgot to ask how you all "Quilt" your string quilts?
Thanks.
so many quilts to make, so little time.
Usually with a meandering or some form of loops.
My first one was sent off to be quilted as a gift. I am in the process of making another one on 6 inch squares. I will probably outline the block and then use a heart stencil in the center. I will be hand quilting this.
Actually, it makes little difference! They are so busy, the quilting just give them texture....an overall or pantograph is all I have ever used. I saw one done in a Baptist fan. I think that was my fav.

I did a sashing on my string blocks and just did SID on each side of that sashing......calla

I quilted the center and around each block
I usually just menader the quilt top. They are so busy, you don't really notice the quilting.
