Default How would you quilt a Sunbonnet Sue?

I am ready to start quilting a Sunbonnet Sue quilt that I'm making for the Quilt for Quilters Swap. The 10" blocks are on point, and interspersed with 25-patch blocks, also 10" on point. I've poked around Google Images, but not finding much. How have you quilted your Sunbonnet Sues? (Please post photos.) (I'm not posting a photo because I want to surprise my partner.)

Many thanks!

This is a picture of a SSB that I saw at MQX West. I thought the quilting was incredible.

You can google Sunbonnnet Sute this board. There is a section with just these quilts. Good luck. Look forward to see the finish quilt. I am making one for one of my granddaughters.
