Have any of you used Sulky spray adhesive? I saw it in Hobby Lobby and it intrigued me because it said it could be used inside.

Also, I saw on another quilting log (don't remember name) that people used AquaNet spray net for spray adhesive. Has anyone done this?

Thanks very much.

Ive never used sulky but the Sullivans brand has made me a believer in spray adhesive. It does smell though.I may try another brand next time.

Just purchased some, will let you know what I think of it. Trust the Sulky name so hope I won't be disappointed.

I have respiratory probems and have tried several of the adhesive sprays. I have found the 505 has the least amount
of smell. I use mine for my machine embroidery, don't use the spray for basting. I turn on the bathroom fan, put down a large piece of paper when I use the 505.

I like this product primarily because it is touted as being nontoxic and can be used indoors. The can is smaller than other brands of spray adhesives, but a little seems to go a long way. I rarely use it to hold a large layered "sandwich" together before quilting, but I use it frequently for smaller projects. It adheres well for quite a while. I usually stock up when Joann's has their notions wall at half off.
