Default Desperate Need for Sweetwater's Pure fabrics

I am a relatively new quilter and unfortunately I have fallen in love with a collection that is 10 years old. Sweetwater made this collection of fabrics for Moda. I have looked on Etsy and eBay............but to no avail. Enclosed is a picture of the line. Any help where I can buy these fabrics would be greatly appreciated.

After 10 years that will be pretty difficult, I'm afraid. You might try contacting the designer directly, often times they keep a stash of their fabrics. Another idea is to dig until you find the skus, then search the internet for the specific sku. You *might* be able to find a yard or two that way, but I highly doubt you will be able to find the entire line.
Good luck.

Sadly if you can’t find them on Etsy you probably won’t be able to get them. The most success I’ve had was on Etsy and that was a maybe five year old line. Where in the world did you see the line? Some people will have you put it on the site missing fabric but I never had success with them.

Like I said I am a new quilter. I worked in textiles for 25 years so I have a great appreciation for color combinations. I found the fabric when I was thumbing through Pinterest. It was concerning an article about how to use up scraps. Once I saw it, I have been like a dog with a bone. I must have it. The combination of the aqua color with the chocolate is very appealing to me.

I know the idea of finding the whole collection is unlikely. But somewhere there may be a little lady who owned a fabric store in a small town who has it and doesn't realize it. I thought of contacting the Sweetwater designers. I am obsessed so maybe this will take my mind off of Covid 19.

You can try posting an ad on Missingfabrics.com

There are people like me and not just shop owners with large stashes of all sorts of things, you just never know. If you do post an ad, please make sure to check your email account and update your posting. I probably have exactly what people want 3-4 times a year and never hear back and the ads aren't taken down and typically I offer my fabric for free (wouldn't in your case, but that's another amount of yardage!).

There are other lines out there, I had out a piece of chocolate with sort of turquoise jacks/star shapes on it out yesterday. Unfortunately I moved things around and so wasn't able to find it yet (but I'll keep looking). That luscious chocolate/turquoise combo was around for maybe 5 years.

The first place I would look for these very beautiful fabrics is www.missingfabrics.com. it is amazing what can be found there. Post and see what happens. I have located a number of fabrics there over the years.
