I need to make a table runner for a good friend. I am pressed for time due to a situation with my 90 year old mother. I need/want to make the table runner, I just don't have time to look for a pattern.

I spent a bit of time last night when I should have been sleeping looking and I am so unfocused I couldn't find anything that inspired me to pull some fabric from the stash.

I looked at the 10 minute /flip and sew one, but I want to make her one that is a bit more elaborated than that. She is very special and has always been there for me

Any ideas for a pattern? She doesn't like "busy" designs. What I really need is someone to decide for me and tell me what I am going to make. LOL

All suggestions are welcome.

You guys are terrific. These patterns are all what I'm looking for. They are super. I am going to have to flip a coin to decide which one I'll make. It will come down to what fabric I have as to which one I decide to make but the choices you have given me are just what I wanted.

Thanks for doing all the hard work for me. I'm off to the sewing room to pull some fabrics.

Again, thank you all who replied. Sewing is therapy for me and I need it today.
