I just have to say thanks for all the wonderful supportative comments! Here's a few more stars also I wanted the people who have asked to know this is called "Thanksgiving Star". I got the pattern for the star from my BFF and that's what she said the name was...

I'm beginning to get a bit bored with the stars and am on to something else that is turning out beautiful. I'll show you next week...

I apologize for the quality of the pictures. I've had trouble getting the colors right...Thank you for your support again.

You are doing a great job. What's the trick to getting these points to match up? Haven't ever tried these but would like to.

A good seam ripper and Lots of patience...LOL. I really just tried to match them putting the two sides together then basted the two halfs together and went from there.

Great job! When I have trouble with any quilting technique I take a deep breath and realize that many other quilters before me were able to learn it, so I will be able to as well. Then I pick up my seam ripper and resew until I get it right.
Congrats!
