Hi everybody. You have all warmed my heart and brought a big smile to my face.

I will post pics as soon as I get a new battery for my digital camera. I have to order it from Radio Shack or Sears. The first will be of the fabrics for my Pooh quilt. I am going to practice pp and pinwheels before I start since I haven't done those in quite a while. I am so happy I joined this board on the advice of my DS. I receive wonderful support here which brings me joy. I believe God was directing me to this forum the night I searched for some quilting buddies.

I am so glad you are taking it slow with you quilting and I can tell you really enjoy it. Yes this is a very nice board and I have found everyone here very nice and helpull. I get a lot of info from reading other peoples questions and
answers from others. I really hoe the best for your husband he sounds like a winner to me.

Be sure to let you mom know how much joy her gift brought you. It's always fun to be able to be spend money on yourself without feeling guilty about it... I just bought a new pair of jeans and a pricey belt with my birthday money and it was really fun. And I love the way God cares about the small things like a special piece of fabric that's there waiting just for you.
