    Thank you-thank you--To everyone.

    I went to Joanns this morning. To get info, on my olfa cutter.-Manufacture/toll free #, etc. I called 1-#, and was transfered to this # 1-800-999-3436. I talked to cust service. And told him what was going on with my cutters. There going to replace and send me 2 of the C curved washers-FREE. Again THANK YOU EVERYONE, for your help. He even told they in time the washers will wear down.. Don

    Thanks for letting us know that the washers will wear down. I am glad that you will soon have your Olfa cutter working correctly.

    Thanks for the info, Don. Had no idea the washers would wear out!! Maybe that's why my oldest one doesn't stay tightened.

    I just had a problem with my Olfa 60mm, and they just sent me a new one.. I love dealing with companies that stand behind their product.

    I wholeheartedly agree!! Love those co,s who stand behind their products!! I'll use them every time & walk a country mile away from those who don't. On my soap box!

    Nice to know that those 1-800 numbers work and they have responsive customer service.
