I was putting table cloth on dining room table for Thanksgiving. I put batting under it since I don't have a table pad. Boy does it feel good. Nice and soft. I think I did this last year too. It needs a little trimming so it doesn't show at the outer hanging edges of the tablecloth.

Then take it off and use it for quilting ! !
