Don't mess with the flakes...after you don't look at it for aday or too, you'll likely think they are Ok. If you think this is really disgusting,you could send it my way? LOL
I like them. They're the pom pom on top of the hat.
I like the embroidered snowflakes. The runner is perfect just as it is and the grandmother will be pleased.
It's a shame we are so critical of our own work.
I like them...add sequins to the points of the snowflakes for glitz

I think they add a really cute touch to an already cute project. I would leave them, but you have to be satisfied with it also.
I would keep them! I hate to feel like my efforts have been "wasted" and I like the explanation that no two snowflakes are alike! I say keep.
