When I went to JoAnn's the other day I had a 40% off coupon... I had four items... two on sale, two not. The cashier said, "oh you have another regular priced item." and GAVE me another coupon to use!! :)

I had a good Joann's experience too. I had about 7 bolts of fabric that were all from the same collection and should have all been on sale for $3.99 a yard. One came up as 8.99 a yard and both the girl cutting my fabric and I knew it was wrong, but her co-worker insisted it wasn't on sale and wouldn't let the girl correct the price. The girl waiting on me waited for that lady to turn her back and marked it down to the right price for me!! She also told me that Joann's now accept Hobby lobby coupons as well as any competitors coupon that sells the same type of product. I will always wait for this girl in the future to cut my fabric.

I love my Joanns and have not had any problems. They will answer any questions and if they don't know they will find someone who does. Just thought I would put in the good word for them.
