I use it for everything. All my machines like it.
My Viking Sapphire does not like Connecting Threads thread, it breaks easy.

My Sapphire must not be related to yours, I used CT threads 99 % of the time with no trouble.

You might be surprised at just how much that C&C thread is costing you to use. Divide the cost per spool by the number of yards on the spool to give you the true cost.
