I found a site that sell Polyester thread, 2 ply, 40 wt, 5500 yards for $4.99. So far the embroidery work looks good. Anyone found any cheaper??

All threads are not created equal. Cheap thread is sometimes cheap for a reason. I'm fighting with some now:<

what brand? i really like madiera,have never had a problem with it. hate sulky. low price doesn't always equal quality
