I have found some great buys at thrift stores....I am particularly drawn to sheets and pillow cases!! Pillow cases are great ways to build your stash...and the ones I've found are good quality!!

I have bought one really fun pillowcase at a thrift shop to use in a quilt...I guess I will have to look for more!

I have found some great buys at thrift stores. I found batting on the bolt for $1.50, there was at least 6 yards on it. I also found spiderman x2 on bolts for the same price. Looked like someone had good intentions of making a quilt. That was my best find.

Yesterday I found 6 yards of cotton material in kind of an African pattern that I will use for backing for $3.95!!! I make charity quilts, many of which are jungle prints, so it works fine for me. It is colorful enough it would also look good in small pieces in a quilt. Quite a find!
