When you made your tissue holders did you take the tissue out of the package and put in the holder?

No, I leave them in the package.

I also leave them in the package, although I do make a small cut in the plastic package so the tissues can come out through the center of the package and out the center of the tissue holder without removing the entire package of tissues.

leave in the package too and just do a slit to pull it out
