Do you think that titanium blades are superior to regular cutting blades. Does the extra cost make then worthwhile ?

I was wondering too if the titanium coating on these blades will make that much difference versus the cost? If they still nick?
Will be watching for answers too :D:D:D

I know it makes a difference with needles but haven't tried the blades yet. This is an interesting topic, can't wait to see everyone's thoughts

I used them and they are good and lasted a long long time but I got introduced to the Harbor Freight Carpet blades and the True Cut Sharpener so I don't use them anymore. They are worth the cost if you don't want to use Harbor Freight blades, I've heard some people have problems with them (the Harbor Freight blades).

I haven't used mine yet (bought a load of Harbor Freight blades) but there are other posts on here that swear by it. I haven't seen a bad comment about it yet.

I think the key to the shapeners is to use them often, they are meant to keep an edge sharp, not to take an extremely dull blade and re-hone it  :D:D:D

I've had very good luck with the titanium blades.
