Tonga Treats Sugar plum - need a nice pattern

My husband just got me 4 packs of the tonga treats sugar plum 10x10 squares (he's sooooo sweet). Now, I just need a nice pattern for those yummy squares, any ideas? I like lots of little pieces. I'm thinking maybe a bargello? Suggestions?
