    Too many similar quilting tools??

My lqs did a video on a project, which I watched yesterday. They showed several handy tools that I had not really seen before - but they seemed to duplicate each other. One was a glue stick pen to put under applique edges, and then they showed a fabric folding pen ( which actually looked different but seemed to just put down glue to make a seam lie down without ironing it.) Are there actually two different types of pens?

Yes, they are different. The folding pen does not have any adhesive function.

I've read some of the reviews and most were very good especially for applique, I wonder if it would work well for EPP? Has anyone tried it for that?
