I went to PMS at my LQS- can't piecing, munching, socializing, this was the first time I attended. What a nice time! The lady next to me forgot her foot pedal and power cord. Being only 20 min away she asked her husb to bring the cords and he did. The gal across from me forgot to bring her prewound bobbins, she was very organized it was hard to believe she forgot anything. I didn't know what I was to bring and you could stay the whole day 9-9 so I packed in a hurry in the morning, and guess what I forgot, my power cord and foot pedal. I cut pieces for my 3 projects that I brought, and then shopped the clearance sectiona and the store had 30% off fabric. When the store owner found out I didn't have a working machine she gave me a demo Bernina to use. I was able to get my border almost completed on my grandsons quilt. Did I say I was able to shop? The projects were so nice and I learned a lot. I don'[t think I mentioned that I found some bargains. Oh I forgot fat quarters were $1.25 The store owner even baked cookies for us. And then everyone took breaks and shopped a little bit. Her clearance fabric is 50% off and on the shelves next to us, we did our best saleperson duty and encouraged all the shoppers to check out the great bargains. Her clearance fabric is still stylish and a great deal.

last purchase for my sister. (batiks fats hers also)

P-piecing M-munchies S-socializing

The quilt shop is in a very tiny little town, it is such a fun place to be, if you ever go on the Minnesota shop it is on the map

Oh good. Bill and I probably wouldn't want to go if it was what we thought...
