I love this client. she is so sweet. she used to quilt but now she is cleaning out her house. doesnt quilt anymore and her daughters arent interested. Since I told her I have started learning to quilt she has given me a stack of fabric for Christmas. and the other day called me and told me she had some things for me. went there and she gave me 5 big plastic totes of fabric, 2 boxes of thread, some of which is in wood spools. she said on one box of thread that she paid 15.oo a spool for it. also some silk thread in there as well. tons of patterns and books as well. am i a lucky Groomer or what! her dogs life is very limited as she has a tumor in her throat. we decided I would groom her dog for free through the rest of her days. I wish i could do more for her.

Lucky, I don't think describes you. You've done a wonderful thing for this woman and her fur baby and what goes around comes around!

We all hope that we can find someone worthy of our stash when we are no longer qulting. It's nice to know that you will use it with joy!

So happy for you and for her! At least she knows her fur baby will be well cared for until he crosses the bridge!
