Thread: turn one block into the top for an entire quilt?

    You can also just take an accurate drawing in "normal" size to Kinko's or Staples and they can enlarge it to whatever size you want. Draw a 1" square in one corner so you can verify their accuracy before you pay for it (it should blow up accurately).
    The Earth without art is just "Eh".

    And as I mentioned earlier, you'd only have to copy a quarter of the block, because all four quarters are identical.

    You could take the block to a blueprint shop and have them enlarge it. They have the capability of printing larger sizes.

    I've donethis many many times for a lap/couch quilt -- here's an example tho it wasn't done yet... you just need to increase the size of the "units" - here each square finished at 5.5 inches - so with borders added it was a 58 x 70Name:  Emilys quilt.jpg

    Really like this scrappy star block. I think you should be able to take the template to a printer and they would blow it up to the size you want.

    That will make a really nice quilt! I love the way the white appears to be folded on the diamond point. Please share what you come up with!
