Default Tutorial on quilting each block before you sew the blocks together

I think it was here that I saw a tutorial on quilting each block before piecing them and then somehow sewing a strip to cover the stitching. Does this sound familiar to anyone; and do you remember where it was? Thank you.

I use the instructions on this link:

http://www.quiltingworks.com/cabin-f...iltasyougo.htm

For me, the width of the strips attaching the blocks work just right.

Fun and Done is a simple way to do QAYG. You make a block with batting the same size 7 1/2 in. The backing is cut at 9 1/2 in. You sew your pieces of fabric to all layers then you bring the backing to the front of two blocks to sew them togather.
Just google Fun and Done for instructions and rulers if you want to use them. I have made one quilt this way and it was easy.
Just make sure to use a small stitch when attaching the blocks.
