    i didn't make that quilt, but I did make a small wall hanging of the block... the pattern i followed was called banded star

    I very seldom use a pattern again unless it is an easy charity pattern such as Warm Wishes.

    I would give it a try. Why not make a small sample first and see how you like it. A video tutorial is always a plus.

    I just see so many free patterns. It's really cute but so many patterns free in cyber space on so many sites. Money's tight.
