This is my first post. I have learned so much from all of you. I just finished a twister quilt top and used all those little squares to make a pieced boarder. I've not seen this idea, so I thought I'd share. Hope my pic shows up.

Great idea. I've not tried one of those because it looks like it would waste so much material. I like your solution to that problem!

Pretty quilt and a good idea to use up the little pieces. Gotta get busy on one of those twister patterns.
