Those are really cute, nice surprise! When you say chatting presume you mean in the Chat Room. How do you access the Chat? I stumbled upon it once but haven't been able to get back into it. I click on the Live Chat at the top of the page and I can read archives etc. but not actually "open" the chat. Is there a special setting I need to make?
it is open, do you see a long skinny box at the bottom? when you pull it up, it should say Message... just start typing over that

Thanks, just tried it again, and there's a little arrow in a box on the top right, clicked on it....and there it was!
