Some of you may or may not remember, but when I first joined this group my first post was because I was having problems with a walking foot that I had purchased for my sewing machine way back in November. Well, after all this time Singer has finally sent me a replacement foot as promised (after numerous emails and phone calls). Guess what! The new foot works like a dream....all the previous problems I was having are gone. I have since managed to fumble through my first quilt, a table runner, two pillow tops, and a cute little case to hold my small scissors. I am now started on my second quilt, and I have 3 more stacks for projects lined up. In addition to that my husband has now put in shelfs in a closet for me for the collection of materials that begun to take over the spare bedroom. Guess what? I'm hooked. :-D

Good for you! Your persistance has paid off. Nothing like the right tools to do the job!

I love happy endings, or should I say beginnings?

Hurray!

I think your earlier post was one that I responded to because I was also having problems. I purchased a new foot and yes, everything was fine with it.

Then again, probably it was another member's post about WF problems.......but no matter........ I'm just glad it worked out for both of us.
