I wanted to thank everyone who donated to our charity. We just got back from Romania, and I have posted a video on my blog if you'd like to see it. Have a great day!

Judi, the video was so moving. My g-grandfather immigrated here from Romania so it has a special place in my heart. We have friends who adopted three children from Romania before their government made it more difficult to do so. It was so wonderful to see their faces light up as they hugged their quilts and then showed them to their caretakers. Awesome!

Judi, I have not been around much lately (due to moving), but I was so moved with your video - tears in my eyes still! Do you go every year? Would love to be part of it the next time you go. Be sure to keep us posted.

Both you and Clint are wonderful!!! (You look so young - maybe that is because I am so old!)

Welcome home!

Yes, we go each year. We will try to go in the month of September each year.

Judi, that was a beautiful video!!! I had tears come to my eyes as you handed out the quilts to each child. What a special trip and gift you brought to them!
Our church sends a team each summer for two weeks to a camp in Romania. One week it is full of kids from a girls orphanage, the second week is usually kids from really poor families. So far my DH, my DD#2 and DD#1 have gone and worked. DH is trying to get me to go with him next summer, maybe DD#1 again.

Oh, Judi - tis a very beautiful thing you and your DH are doing!!!! I cried through the whole handing out of the quilts. Those kids will now be able to go to sleep at night, snuggled in their quilts, knowing in their hearts there's more love out there then they ever dreamed of before.
Be sure and post early reminders of your next trip there!
God's blessings to you both, and all those who helped make your trip possible.

Thanks Judi for posting the video for us to see. Really touched my heart. Can't wait to start on some quilts to send for your next trip.

That was so moving. I cried through the handing out of the quilts too. I'm going to add this to my "to do" list and make at least one quilt to donate to you.

Is there any particular size that's best?
