viking 6370 sewing machine

I wonder if anyone can help me I bought a viking 6370 on E-Bay but didn't do my homework in advance it came without the powercord & pedal I thought I could get one with no trouble, Was I wrong. It comes all in one unit I think. could two seperate cords be used one for power one for foot pedal? theres on viking dealership near me to check on this. & I don't want to double the or triple the price of the machine Maybe another machine cord is adaptable? :-(
