    Viking Mega Quilter needles

What kind of needles do you need to use in the Mega quilter? I have lots for the rest of my Vikings but in manual it says to use certain, wondering if thy are interchangeable.

Which mega quilter? Viking had 2 models with the same name. The 8X18 longarm takes different needles. Not sure about the DSM one.

If it's the 9" throat, use #16 top stitching or jeans needle. They have less flex.

I just use the same needles as I use for my DSM.
