Has anyone use The Gypsy Sit Upon while sewing or quilting. Just wonder if it truly does what it says it does. I've seen the other type of sit on cushion that spins around to help you get out of the seat...been thinking about getting that one for my car. Was wondering how the spin one would work for straight chair I use for sewing.
I'm always knocking my knees on the legs of my sewing table. I'm quite clumsy at times...depending on which meds I'm on! LOL
It hurts to get old(er)! :(

I found it on Amazon:

Then I found that there are quite a few different discs for balancing on, for chairs, for isometric exercises, etc.
I'd be very interested to find out what works well for a chair. I spend so much time in one, seems to me it would be good to work my core a little with one of these. (I don't think I can use a balance ball as a chair because of my knee problems.)

I purchased one of these last December before a 1500 mile road trip. It really helped me alot with the long sitting times and I could actually get out of the car and walk right away...instead of slowly getting out and getting going. Back surgery 5 or 6 years ago and still have trouble with it when I sit for long times. It takes some getting used to, but it works. I paid less than $30.00 for it at LQS and not on sale. I think you will like it.
