Help w/ Viking Pls

Do I feel dumb!! Lowered the feed dogs on my Viking 750 platinum and can't remember how to get then back up. The same button that lowers them will not raise them. Thanks for any help you can give.

Just move the button or lever to the feed dog up position and start sewing. As you start sewing they will raise. At least that's how my Sapphire works.

Thanks, it was the start sewing that got me. Forgot they didn't just come up. There are days!!

Neither me or my friend could figure this out on her Viking (which is a slightly newer version of my own) a while back. She took it to the shop. You can even just move the handwheel and they will pop up. How stupid do you think we felt! Glad you got it worked out.
