Don't know why it wouldn't be okay as long as you make sure your machine is a low shank. They are not hard to use at all. I use mine for quilting and sometimes for sewing slippery fabrics such as satin or silk.

I have a Brother SQ9000 and the walking foot looks exactly like the picture that is depicted on the Nancy Notions web sight. I think it is a wonderful price sense I think they usually run about 30 dollars or so.

Looks very similar to mine. They are very easy to use and I rarely use anything else now.

Just make sure that the shank is suitable for your machine. They are easy to use - best for stitches that only travel forward or sideways (like zigzag) - not so good for backwards motion.

When you attach it, the fork-like looking hook fits over the needle bar.

It makes a huge difference in SID and other straight-line quilting. Or in regular sewing when you need to match patterns.

Hi: I have that walking foot......Came with my Brothers LT3750 machine about two years ago........Use often. Hope I do not have to replace anytime soon. But if I do, I will get another one immediately. I use this for table runners, hot pads, binding on baby quilts. Anytime I have several thickness of fabric............Very useful. I think that is a good price also.

If you call the 800 number to place your order, the ladies at Nancy's Notions will be able to tell you if that walking foot will fit your particular machine.
