This little quilt was made by a friend of mine, and the she gave me the pattern. Can anyone tell me the name of the pattern or pattern company?

It's not quite the same, but here are some quilt block patterns (free) that could be adapted to your little quilt. I made the sulky quilt, now I may adapt the blocks and make a little one like yours to hang on the door of my sewing room.

I take it that the pattern she gave you doesn't have the name on it.
