Stopped in at my local (Greenville, SC) Wally World today and took a detour by the craft/sewing area and, yep, the fabric is coming back. They were marking down the old pre-cuts and bringing in the cutting table & shelving for bolts. I didn't start quilting until Walmart started removing the fabric departments so I'll be interested to see what they have. Except for one fat quarter long ago, I've never used their fabric, but that one fat quarter was okay as far as I knew. I haven't been impressed with their pre-cuts in the past year or so, but I did give in and buy a charm pack marked down to $7. I couldn't resist 100 squares for $7. Quality might not be the best but it gave me a quick fix of color! Oh, and the employee there said they'd be marking down further tomorrow.

I asked about it at my walmart yesterday and she said yes too!

Gotta watch the precuts tho, some are poor quality.

Hope ours does too. It is close and I do not find any problems with their material.

I also stopped in a Walmart in North Utica, NY and they had fabric back. The Walmarts near me still don't have any sign of fabrics returning. I am still hopeful. I buy children's fabrics at Walmart for donation quilts and pillow cases I make and love their bright children's prints.

Was at mine yesterday - empty shelves, but a promise of better things to come! Cutting table is in - but still looks like a mighty small fabric row.

I know. I thought I'd use them to put something together quickly to practice my quilting on. I need a whole lot of practice!

Still not a single fiber of fabric in mine! A few months ago they even had a small selection of battings but now that gone. I am taking this very personal! Seems like lots of others are getting fabric so....
