Walmart in Phx AZ clearing out precuts at low price

Just got back from the one at I17 and Happy Valley rd.
They have the 2 yard cuts for $1.99 and the 7 piece fat quarters for $2.47.
Got a 7 yard kit for $6.74 and a kit for a baby quilt for $2.24.
They are putting the fabric dept back in. Woopie.

My friend and I went to 35th Ave/Bethany store several weeks ago and it was all clearance and when we got to the check out it was even lower, we got alot then but when I told another friend and she went a few days later, it was not the clearance price. They still had alot of pre-cuts, we were told they were clearing out because they are getting bolts back in. No one knew when but it is eventually.
